We loved our stay at Topolowa Residence! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was huge. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even arranged our airport transfers and booked our trips for us. The attention to detail and the level of service were really good. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Krakow.

The executive suite was truly amazing and very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a large flat-screen TV, and French doors opening to a balcony. The bathroom had a bath and separate shower, and the double bedroom had French doors opening to a wooden veranda overlooking the courtyard. Each room was beautifully decorated.

I had an amazing backpacking experience in a charming accommodation. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the bustling old town square, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast spread was tasty and varied each day. Plus, the courtyard was a lovely spot to enjoy a meal or relax.

One drawback was that there was no lift in the building, which could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues.

The Wi-Fi worked well, a relief considering the lack of entertainment options in the hotel. the best aspect was the friendly staff who did their best to assist, even though they seemed overwhelmed during the holiday season.

Christmas here was a letdown. The decorations were lackluster and didn't create a festive atmosphere.

One downside to this residence is that there is no elevator. This may pose a problem for guests who have difficulty with stairs.

The location was perfect as it was in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the main train station. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were of great quality, with all amenities provided and a nice bathroom. I also loved the breakfast, with many dietary options and extra interesting items to choose from.
