We absolutely loved our stay at Topolowa Residence! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was huge. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even arranged our airport transfers and booked our trips for us. The attention to detail and the level of service were exceptional. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Krakow.

The executive suite was truly amazing and very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a large flat-screen TV, and French doors opening to a balcony. The bathroom had a bath and separate shower, and the double bedroom had French doors opening to a wooden veranda overlooking the courtyard. Each room was beautifully decorated.

I had an amazing backpacking experience in a charming accommodation. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the bustling old town square, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spacious, with plenty of storage space for my belongings. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful tips and arranging tours. The breakfast spread was tasty and varied each day. Plus, the courtyard was a lovely spot to enjoy a meal or relax.

One drawback was that there was no lift in the building, which could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues.

Despite the shortcomings, there were a couple of positives. the room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and a cozy bed. the Wi-Fi worked well, which was a relief considering the lack of entertainment options in the hotel. the best aspect was the friendly staff who did their best to assist, even though they seemed overwhelmed during the holiday season.

Christmas here was a letdown. the decorations were lackluster and didn't create a festive atmosphere.

There are plenty of nearby options for dining, ensuring guests have a variety of choices for meals.

One downside to this residence is that there is no elevator. This may pose a problem for guests who have difficulty with stairs.
